Taizhou Huangyan JunTian Die And Mould Co.,Ltd. was established in 2006 and is located in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, which is known as the "hometown of chinese molds". It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, design and manufacturing of automobile body panel dies. The company's business mainly undertakes large and medium-sized casting dies, and has mature experiences in the development of stamping dies such as wheel house, sunroof, longitudinal beam, upper side beam, ABC pillar, drain channel, floor, etc. The production form of dies can meet the requirements of Tandem, Transfer, Prog and other methods. In addition, the company also has considerable experience in the development of high-strength parts and aluminum parts dies.
The company covers a total area of 12,000 square meters, with a construction area of 32,000 square meters and a total investment of 150 milion RMB. It can achieve an annual production of 6,500 tons of dies and currently has nearly 300 employees, including more than 100 excellent design and manufacturing management staff.
The company has obtained IS09001 quality system certification and IS014001 environmental management system certification, also carries out ERP management. It has more than 20 existing NC processing equipments ranging from 5 meters to 1 meter, more than 10 try out equipments ranging from 315T to 2000T, one 1.8 meter and one 2.5 meter coordinate measuring equipment, 2 blue light high-precision scanning equipments, and several supporting equipment such as wire cutting, grinding, and drilling machines.
